A. Schimmoeller
Registered Landscape Architect
Mark
has over 22 years of experience in the field of
Landscape Architecture. As an owner of a Landscape
Design Build firm and principal in a design firm,
Mark has been able to experience the profession
from many different perspectives. Mark recently
completed the landscape design and construction
of the new Spa and Courtyard at The Grove Park Inn
in Asheville, North Carolina. Currently, Mark is
the Project Landscape Architect for Lake Carolina,
a 1700 acre mixed-use development. He brings an
understanding of design, construction and estimating
for all aspects of the Landscape Architecture and
Construction Industries. |
Charles
W. Howell, Jr.
Registered Landscape Architect
Charles has over 5 years of experience on a variety
of projects in South Carolina. Recently he has been
involved with Downtown Revitalization Projects, Streetscape
Design, Subdivision Design and has served as the Project
Landscape Architect for the recently completed Three
Rivers Greenway Project in Columbia, SC. Charles brings
considerable experience on both public and private
projects and a thorough understanding of working with
a “design team”. Charles has extensive
commercial and residential experience for a professional
design image.

Rick
McMackin
Registered Landscape Architect Rick
has over 12 years of experience on projects in Columbia
and across South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.
He has been involved in several award winning projects
and recently has focused on Downtown Revitalization
and Streetscape Enhancements. He is experienced
at all levels of project management and production
from Master Planning through Construction Documentation
and Administration. He brings to our team a unique
understanding of large public improvement projects
and the ability to see them through start to finish.
Rick's experience in
residential, commercial and other areas will help
result in a creative and proficient design.
